LivingWell is a partnership between local physicians and HealthSpring to provide a personalized, patient-centered health care experience in a comfortable, community-oriented health center. LivingWell centers and services are exclusively for HealthSpring Medicare Advantage members.

Why
LivingWell?
The current healthcare system requires doctors to see more patients, which means they have less time to spend with you. This creates an environment in which you don’t consistently receive the level of care you need to stay healthy. We believe that many of the most common and chronic illnesses can be better managed or even prevented if we change the way seniors are cared for.
A New Level of
Clinical Care
LivingWell adds a nurse practitioner, nurse, and pharmacist to your doctor’s care team. These additional resources increase the amount of time for your annual physical, which will identify any needed preventive tests. Most important, LivingWell recognizes that you’re an individual, and provides an individualized level of care to meet your unique needs.
A New Kind of
Health Center
Your LivingWell Health Center by HealthSpring is your new medical home for doctor visits, prescriptions, x-rays, and lab tests. You will continue to see your current doctor and have the opportunity to engage in activities centered on preserving and enhancing your quality of life.
